TERA Developer Fights NCsoft's Lawsuit
Nut Masse shot Entertainment rejects NCsoft's arrogate that their game was ready-made with stolen assets.
The jural battle between En Masse shot Enterainment and NC Soft over its new MMO TERA continues, as En Masse's publishing VP Chris Lee free a command expression NCsoft is is off-stem regarding its claim that different ex-employees used stolen assets to create the coming game.
"We are disappointed that NCsoft is attempting to Mar the found of TERA. Unfortunately we can't discuss such in public due to the sensitivity of collection actions, only we do outright disdain the NCsoft claims, and we are going to do everything in our power to defend and protect ourselves," Lee was quoted in a Post on En bloc' official forums. The ex-NCsoft employees of accused of stealing were found guilty in a South Korean courtroom in 2009, only that verdict is currently awaiting on an appeal. As of right nowadays, TERA is due to launch in North America on the 1st of Whitethorn, with a European launch soon later o on the 3rd.
